This policy explains what information Fiedler Films collects when you use this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.

When you submit a form on this site, you choose what to share: typically your name, business, contact details, and answers about your marketing goals. The forms are provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which processes your submission on our behalf and stores it in our customer relationship system so we can respond to you. We use it to reply, to decide whether we are a good fit, and to keep in touch if you ask us to. We do not sell it.

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel keeps short-lived server logs that can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested. Video on this site may be delivered through Cloudflare, which keeps similar delivery logs. We use Google Search Console, which reports the search terms that bring visitors here in aggregate and does not identify you.

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies unless we enable an analytics tool, in which case we will update this page to say so. The embedded forms may set functional cookies needed for the form to work.

Only the service providers named above (GoHighLevel, Vercel, Cloudflare, and Google Search Console), each for the purpose described. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

You can ask us to correct or delete anything you have shared, or to stop contacting you, at any time. The simplest way is the form on our Contact page.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
